• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
• We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotions.

💰 Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan. Please ensure you have the exact amount at the time of delivery.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to track your parcel.

• If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery.
• Please ensure your contact number and address are correct to avoid delays.

🚫 Undelivered Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or unavailability, we may contact you for re-shipping (additional charges may apply).

⚠️ Damaged or Lost Parcels

We take full responsibility for your order until it is delivered. If you receive a damaged parcel, please contact us within 24 hours with proof (images/videos).
